These terms explain what you can expect from DgGoods and what we expect from you.
1. Who we are
DgGoods is a small independent store selling digital products. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, and be legally able to enter into a purchase. You are responsible for making sure a product is permitted where you live.
3. Products and descriptions
We describe every item as accurately as we can, including any region, platform, or validity limits. Products are sourced through regional pricing, promotions, and bundle offers, and availability can change at any time. We may correct pricing or listing errors and cancel an affected order before delivery.
4. Orders and payment
Payments are processed by our payment provider using card or cryptocurrency. An order is only confirmed once payment has cleared. We do not store your full payment details. If a payment is reversed or flagged as fraudulent, we may cancel the order and revoke access.
5. Delivery
Delivery is digital and normally instant. Your items appear on the order confirmation page, are sent to the email address you gave at checkout, and can be reached again through order tracking. Keep your order ID safe — it is how you access your purchase.
6. All sales are final
Because products are digital and delivered immediately, purchases cannot be refunded or cancelled after payment. If something we delivered is faulty we will replace it — see the refund policy for the full details.
7. Acceptable use
One purchase is for one buyer. Do not resell, share, publish, or redistribute the items you receive, and do not attempt to abuse coupons, stock, or checkout in any automated way. Breaking these rules may end your access without compensation.
8. Third-party services
Many products rely on services we do not own. Their own terms apply to how you use them, and we cannot control changes they make to their pricing, features, or availability.
9. Accounts
If you create an account, keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Contact us if you think it has been accessed by someone else.
10. Privacy
We collect only what we need to process and support your order, such as your email address and order details. We do not sell your data. Support conversations are kept only as long as needed to help you.
11. Liability
Products are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or data.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the store evolves. The version published here at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.
